Crikey, this is awful.
Its scary that someone is so desperate for a commodity item to sell (assumption) that they will take someone's life. I'm presuming that plunging a knife into the chest of a moving cyclist will suggest that there was intent to do serious injury, should they catch the perpetrator.
CCTV footage of it too, him and his mates clearly targeted.
RIP young man.
