Are they all the same? Or are there multiple "standards"?

Need one for a 2013 Yeti

Mutiple standards unfortunately. THere are at least 3 off the top of my head (x12, maxle, shimano's one).

I bought from them. I have 3 bikes with 142x12 axles - they are all different lengths. Most of the adverts I saw didn't even tell you the lengths of the product they were selling, or the thread pitch. Robert Axle were the only place that even made any effort to clarify what you might need, and I thought they deserved to be rewarded for that. The actual axles seem to be decent - SJS seem to be the only UK stockist.

You need to check the length to as frames are all different thickness in the drop out area
