Hi,
Looking at an ASR7 it has a 142 * 12mm rear setting, will my 2010 Deore hub fit or am I looking at a new rear hub?

It's the same spaced hub as 135 standard but the axle is different. Guess is Deore probably wont but not sure. Hope certainly does.

Assuming I can't fit 10mm into 12mm slot and it will work then? Forgive the obvious stupidity but we're all allowed one stupid question!

I've got it on my ASR5 and I needed to buy a 142 axle for my Hope hub, so I don't think you'll be able to use the Deore hub.
