What's the axle to crown?
I run 130mm Marzocchis on my Simple which are about 520mm and I love it.
Does the Soda have the same geometry?

Too long. I run 140 talas on mine at 120mm. Handles great

I run the 140 when I am doing big downhills in Spain. I think a 140 fixed length fork is too long for everyday use.

yes the geometry is the same. and it is 520mm axle to crown.
Is the extra 10mm going to cause to much extra stress on the frame?

shouldn't have thought so - send an email to Cotic to check. Ultimately, it depends if you're an 8st xc whippet riding round Thetford (should be fine) or a 20st biffer riding in the Alps (you'll probably break it).

if its the same deal as the Soul then you'll void your warranty.

theres a post on here somewhere saying Cotic allow 130mm or some measurement I forget whichever is the smaller...

personally if its the same geometry I'd not like it much as a soul is wandery enough at (Van) 125mm.
