All standard road wheels are 130mm and start from about £80 a pair. Road and CX wheels are the same, well until recently! seems you can now buy a CX version of some wheels.

Yes it does. looked some time ago for some for I think a Gin & Trombones CX'er. Found one set, but no one had them. Will post if I recall the brand.
