I'm after a sleeve adapter in the UK if possible, my frames dropouts will take a 10mm DT Swiss thru axle, but my hub only has caps in either QR or 12mm, so looking for a sleeve to reduce down from 12mm to 10mm. Can find several for 12mm to 9mm but I already have an old 10mm DT Swiss thru axle hear to use, or there a fleabay seller in the USA but it's an awful lot of money.

Yup, it's literally just a tube you need.
Having said that, I'd convert to the QR personally.
Oh yeah, don't do this if it's an old school pro 2, the 12mm axle is weak as piss and any extra flex/loading caused by adaptors etc will kill it in no time.
