ye man it is a bit. i was hoping for seald bearing's. i think its going to be a struggle tho iv been trying to find one for a while now.
I think you'll have trouble finding sealed bearings in such a hub given the time difference in tech development.
Does it need to be QR or will bolted axels do? As you say, you may be able to respace a modern sealed bearing track hub with a new axle and lock nuts.
Have you tried looking at BMX hubs? They're 120mm so may work with a 6mm spacer on the drive side.
It's a very spendy option but Phil Wood do a 126mm freewheel rear hub - Phil hubs
nice mofo.
They look bang on for the OP.
http://www.sidewayscycles.com/products/index.php?id=58&clid=8 would be your first port of call to get hold of some I guess.

aren't they 110?
Why not just get a 130 hub - it'll fit fine in a 126 frame and open up your options.
Royce will have/make you one I am sure./
Nice ones pop up from time to time on ebay too.
Are you mistaking sealed bearings for quality? If you want quality something like a Campag Record will go for ever.
However if sealed are must try Mavic 501's
bmx is 110
track is 120
maybe velo-orange.
Old skool Campag Record large flange turn up on ebay and are gert lush
