Probably already done on here to death but here goes...
Building an On One Whippet 1*10 and was wondering if people could suggest a decent set of cranks and chain ring.
Nothing grabbing my attention at this moment so any opinions useful.
e13 guide ring looks good, renthal are nice but they say 9spd only, sure they would work as i run a xt 9spd ring on my 1x10 with no issues. also running a wippermann connex chain.
If you're only running a single ring then it makes no difference what kind of chain ring you're using. A '9-speed' ring will work just fine with a 10 speed chain.
Middleburn cranks are very nice and a bit different from the norm. They are also available now in external BB guise.
