Hello,
I am trying to find a replacement clutch for my 12 speed XT rear mech, anyone know if the 11 speed ones will work? Having trouble to find a 12 speed and reluctant to have to buy a new mech

Yes they all work. Assuming you can reuse the adjuster that is. The actual roller clutch is AFAIK the exact same on all models, road or MTB.

Perfect, thank you. My XT one has corroded and they seem like gold dust online, my LBS had a broken SLX mech and eyeing it up it looks like it will be good!
