Am going to fit an 11-32 cassette on the Voltage in an effort to make it more versatile. It's 1 x 9 and the back end has 180 mm travel. The usual method of determining the chain length doesn't really work as the mech is quite relaxed in the big/big combo when the suspension is unloaded but stretches as the suspension compresses. I know I should take the shock out and do it properly but I CBA.

How many extra links do you think the 11-32 cassette will need? Cheers

An extra four rollers, so two whole links (i.e four half-links)

Chain only wraps around half the cassette at a time. I'd say one pair (inners plus outers). Although I'd fit the cassette and check the chain length rather than trying to calculate it.
