Hi,
I have a 9 speed xtr M970 chainset, and just ordered a new XT 10 speed groupset.
Question is, could I put the 10speed rings from the M770-10 on to my trusty M970 chainset?

I'm running an Sram 10sp dual ring chainset on my Giant 9sp, no problems at all. the reason I changed it was the OE BB was knacked so I went for External, the benefits of the dual rings in Thetford were a bonus as were the shorter crank arms!
