as above after some Sids or similar standard xc forks been looking at ebay etc but few I've seen are boost or have steerer tubes cut too short... anyone seen any deals around please?
Wiggle have one set of the the DT O.D.L forks in 29" 100 mm left at 33% off.

I went for a boost SID and one of these : https://r2-bike.com/NOW8-Conversion-Kit-Boost-Adapter-Front-6-hole-15x110-Boost
Works ok, but I'm really paranoid about loosing the spacers every time I pull the thru axle out !
timb34 so the spacers basically take up the 5mm difference per side?... looks like a better long-term bet for when I get a new front wheel... thanks guys looks like a plan 😀
Yep, keeps the wheel centered and moves the disc out to the right place. You can get centerlock ones too. You can get sets for the rear wheel too, but I think it's going to put the cassette quite a way inboard.
It does mean that I've ended up with some really mismatched kit though - Boost fork, non-boost 15mm thru axle front wheel and 9x135 QR rear wheel.
I’ll have a set of 120mm DT Swiss OPM for sale next week, non boost. Might be too long for you but if not...

Same as me. But I do have the Hope pro 2 boost adaptor, but just need to get round redishing....
