Hi,

I currently have an old 2005/2006 rockshox reba (100mm) on my giant anthem and looking for something much stiffer but still XC orientated. I've checked the wheel and the majority of the flex is the fork and not stem/bars etc.
My first thoughts would be a fork with bolt through axle but these seem to be very rare for 100mm. I thought fox sold some but may just be oem only. Also it may be the case that new forks are much stiffer by design and the bolt through is not needed. I'm not a heavy rider.

Any recommendations on a stiff XC 100mm fork? (must be 1 1/8"). New or second hand.

Thanks

Reba's Team Maxle (2010 onwards) 2nd hand should do the job & suit your requirements, though may come in 120mm flavour but it should possible to reduce the travel.

After some googling these seem hard to get hold of. Any other suggestions?
How about the maguras with the double crown brace?

Got them myself and they ride very very nicely.

Are you running a normal QR wheel? If so source a DT Swiss RWS skewer also and it will stiffen things up as well

Cheers
