Bear with me …
I’m building up a town bike largely from an assortment of spare parts.
I have a 10speed cassette, 11 speed rear mech (SRAM 1:1), 10 speed shifter (SRAM 1:1) and an Absolute black chain ring.
I guess the jockey wheels are meant for 11 speed but the rest ought to be fine with a 10 speed chain.
Should I go 10 or 11 speed chain wise?
I blame the warmth for my lack of decision making!
10,..
I'd go 10, match the cassette. I thought the internal width was the same as 11 and 12 anyway, with only the thickness of the side plates getting thinner. Or is that just 11/12 speed.
I always use SRAM 11spd chains on my 10 speed Shimano.
