I'm building up a **cough** gravel **cough** bike on a budget.
1 x 11 SRAM Apex shifters and rear mech.
I was homing to get away with and existing Deore or XT chainset.
With a 42T chainring in the middle position is have a chainline of circa 50mm at the ring.
I could space this a few mm back towards the stays as there is oodles of room. Chainline doesn't look too bad.
Worth giving it a go or space it out first?
