I'd love to go to Japan.
Biking in Japan is good fun but usualy envolves a fair trek from the airport and you are typicaly in places with not much choices food wise (although Japanese food is the shizzle).
Cant beat a day of riding, following by an onsen session (hot springs) then some lovely Japanese beer.
