Many of their bikes are handmade in the UK and depending on the model are built in small batches by Five Land Bikes in Scotland, and at high end frame builders in Taiwan. The company was founded in 2003 by Cy Turner.
The name Cotic comes from a nickname for Cy Turner, from his university days. Cy-Cotic – ‘psychotic’.
