The derailleur has had a knock (see photos) and does shift but cannot engage all 12 gears accurately – you can have 1-10 or 3-12 working well and the other two noisy/jumping but not all 12. Have tried a new cage and new cassette (not included) but neither helped so have had to conclude it’s the derailleur itself. Done about 300 miles in total before this damage caused by an ‘off’ at a bike park.
