A bit of test the water sale, unfortunately I’m not getting out on the Smokestone as much as I’d like since all mates are now on ‘assisted’ bikes, and a new bike is calling so I may need to sell this one to free up the required funds now that new bikes are so expensive. I honestly really don’t want to sell, as it’s a true once in a lifetime ‘keeper’, with hand picked once in a lifetime parts, I do think the spec warrants the price The frame, fork and cranks are around the 2k mark 2nd hand on their own if I were to split it.

Buying and wearing our sustainable merch is another great way to support Singletrack
Frame: Smokestone bowti, leg/med custom sized. I’m 5’10” and traditionally sit between sizes so I asked Graham to build me a one off bowti with the geo of a medium bike but with the length of a large. And it’s honestly the best sized bike for me I’ve ever owned. The frame has no traditional cable guides and is designed around an axs group set, but you can bolt on cable guides for a traditional dropper and mech if you want. Rear hose is internal routed. 177 rear end.
Fork: Carver Bikes Popeye. Imported from the US as I found getting hold of the mrp version more difficult at the time of purchase, but as far as I’m aware is essentially the same fork.
Headset: Chris King inset. 42/52 in black
Stem : Bikeyoke 55mm, sub 90g and stiff
Bar: currently has Hudski Longhorn’s, imported from the US, but I can swap out for a Pro carbon flat bar or Ritchey trail bar which has some sweep to it if preferred.
SeatPost: RockShox Reverb AXS. 170mmÂ
Seat clamp: 77designz
Saddle: wtb carbon
BB: hop, silver
Cranks: Canecreek eEwings. Extremely rare, quite possibly the best specific fatbike cranks available.
Wheels: rear hub is a Tune Kong, the lightest fat bike rear hub available I think I’ve a spare HG free hub which I’ll include. The front hub is a DT swiss. Rims are light bicycles 80mm carbon, can’t remember the name. But the wheels weigh in at sub 1800g.
Tyres: front Schwable Fat Albert, rear is a 45nth Dillinger set up tubeless.
brakes: Magura mt5 single caliper rear, dual piston front, 180mm hope rotors.
Mech: Xo AXS with hope jockey wheels
Cassette: Garbaruk 10-52 XD
Also comes with a one up tool in the steerer tube. And custom made frame tool bag.
pedals: basic Shimano spds or flats on request.
