For sale… Both sets built by me (been building wheels for nearly 25yrs now having worked in the trade on and off for most of that time)… Both unused (Chris King hubs have been used before for a year but in VGC, everything else is new…) as is… Both 29er, both boost, both 6 bolt disc, both tubeless ready and 32h…
-Chris King 6 bolt (no longer made, they’re all centrelock now) disc hubs, in matte grey, built onto Stans Flow Mk4 rims with DT comp spokes in black and black brass prolock nipples… Hubs are less than 2yrs old and VGC, currently fitted with xD drive freehub but also have Shimano Microspline and HG freehubs to choose from too (or buy the alternative freehubs with the wheels too)… Fitted with tubeless tape and valves and ready to go… Everything is brand new apart from the hubs and they were only built a couple of weeks ago by myself… £750 plus postage
-Onyx Vesper rear hub, Hope Pro4 front, both black and 6 bolt (sadly couldn’t find a matching Onyx front, the rear was a pure chance happening anyway, but both hubs are brand new and unused)… Rear hub currently fitted with HG freehub, but also have an xD drive freehub for it too… If you know anything about the Onyx hubs, the Vesper is the lighter of the two options, but still runs their silent clutch hub. Wheels are built onto Reverse Racing BlackOne rims (30mm internal, rim weights around 530g so equivalent to a DT Swiss XM481 or Stans Flow Mk4) with stealth graphics. Mix of DT Swiss Revolution and Comp spokes (Revs on front and non drive side rear, Comps drive side rear) with black brass prolock nipples. Fitted with tubeless tapes and valves… Everything brand new never been ridden or even fitted to a bike, were built by myself a few months ago and was going to fit them to my new bike, but now sticking them up for sale… £600 plus postage
Happy to meet for collection, or you can collect from Worcester, or have boxes I can post them out in…
