Best MTB House in Dyfi

After 15 years I am selling our family home in Corris, the heart of the Dyfi forest.

Ride from the door onto the Dyfi’s legendary network of MTB trails, then return via a coffee or pint to the best MTB house in the area. The house itself is a tradition 1840 Welsh quarry masters residence, which we have extended and resto-modded to include ASHP, partial UFH, SolarPV and double glazing throughout. Inside has loads of period charm, original features and wood burners for a cosy feel. There’s also space for a home office and two versatile cabins for further accommodation, teenage angst-annex, studio etc.

All work was carried out by local architects and third-generation Welsh builders, expert in working on period properties. The end result is one of the best houses in Dyfi, which will last at least another 180 years!

Corris is a great little village, with friendly pub, hip coffeeshop/store, caring primary school and thriving community.
