Endura Forty1Thirty: ‘streetwear with technical features’

Designed with female-run Glasgow design studio Doyenne, this is “expressive” unisex clobber, inclusively sized.

Endura Press Release:

Forty1Thirty – Bikewear built to go again

A collection for the session riders. The folk who cares about finding belter lines, wherever, whenever. On the street or down the bike park. On gravel or down the woods.

Noah Bernard, SVP Endura, says, “Session riding is about more than freedom. It’s about creativity. Expressing yourself – on the bike and off it. For years, this scene has been dominated by skatewear and workwear – gear with an urban edge, but lacking cycling function. Forty1Thirty changes that.

  1. I like it when brands make casual looking gear for riding in, there’s not enough choice in this area and way too much choice of generic roadie or MTB kit. I have an old Endura Urban series top that’s really good for cool weather trips.

Minor copy-induced cringe aside I was thinking I’d go for that polo shirt, but … cotton? Why? It’s possibly the worst material for riding in. Says “On gravel or down the woods.” .. but not in cotton tops thanks.

    I’m grumpy bc I’m genuinely disappointed : )

  2. I’d very possibly wear the hoodie but the rest looks terrible. I’m probably just about as far from their target demographic as possible, although I do have a neck tattoo… so maybe!!

  3. FWIW it’s not my style (I don’t have much style!) but I think the kit looks good. Colours, overall styling etc, I like it.
