Adam Brayton’s broken collarbone means he’s out for the rest of the season!

Hope downhill rider, and Nukeproof pilot, Adam Brayton has announced that he’ll miss the last round of the World Cup and Hardline!

Adam Brayton has had a pretty tough season so far, and it just got a lot worse. Earlier today, Mr Gas To Flat posted on Instagram that he had broken his collarbone in a heavy crash during training.

This latest injury will be enough to stop him racing in the final round of the 2019 Downhill World Cup, and will prevent him from taking part in this year’s RedBull hardline.

Not the news I wanted to share this week ☹️ Took a big one and bust my collarbone. 2019 has been a nasty one. See you in 2020 ✊🏼 Cheers 🍻 #hopetech#nukeproof#ohlins#7idp#fit4racing

The 2019 season has been a brutal one for many top riders. Adam Brayton’s broken collarbone follows on from Aaron Gwin’s injuries, and injuries from top riders Rachel Atherton, Tahnee Seagrave, and Myriam Nicole. The good news though is that both Tahnee and Myriam will be racing at this weekend’s World Championships in Mont St Anne.
