I took a visit there for a Dfendr front mudguard, I also purchased other items value around £150, I recalled they were a premier dealer but couldn’t remember what they offered Singletrack members, so I asked, only to be met with “Singletrack who, never heard of them” along with other disparaging comments between the guys there, a less than pleasurable customer experience. A simple no would have sufficed.
Ive had to deal with them 2 or 3 times, can’t say it was pleasurable !
My experience of Stif cycles has always been very positive. I have dealt with them on several occasions whilst rebuilding an old chameleon. They were very knowledgeable, helpful and interested and even helped by providing, f.o.c frame decals. Happily travel from darkest Norfolk to deal with them .
