Spin Up In A Brewery 4

Spin Up In A Brewery 4

If you’re at a loose end this weekend and find yourself in the vicinity of Dark Star Brewing Co. in Sussex, you’d definitely be well advised to drop in on the fourth Spin Up In A Brewery event.
We note the brewery bit is kept safely at the back.

Saturday’s timetable kicks off with road and mountain bike ride-outs from The View cafe on Hove seafront at 11.oo and a family ride-out from the Giant Store in Shoreham at midday.
The Yoga for Slightly Tipsy Cyclists class was a hit.

Once you’ve got yourself to Partridge Green (plenty of parking’s available for those who aren’t riding), there’s a family barbecue from 13.oo and knock-out roller racing powered by South Coast Sprints, with prizes from Dark Star and co-organisers KinesisUK Bikes, which has its home dangerously close to Dark Star’s brewery. (We can only assume that the good folk at Upgrade Distribution have far more self control than we do, as if we tried to work within that sort of proximity to awesome beer, #drinkbeeratyourdeskfriday would probably become #drinkyourselfunderyourdeskeveryday.)
Spintastic.

The event is ticketed and there are only 70 left at the time of writing on Monday, so get yourself booked in now.
