January is the time of the year when the news gets slow and every lazy, half arsed journo out there realises there’s not a lot to do and so instead create roundups of all the stuff that happened in 2011. Happily at Singletrack, we’d never dream of doing that and instead we’ve decided to use this opportunity to remind you of just a few of the subscriber-only Premier videos we’ve created over the past 12 months. Enjoy…

Buying and wearing our sustainable merch is another great way to support Singletrack
If you fall prey to the naysayers, winter is a time of great suffering when you must grimly stand up to the challenge of awful weather and cold. We think just think it’s time for some slipping and sliding fun in the mud…
Exploding a Camelbak
[premiervideo src=”extras/media/2011/05/Camelbak.m4v” widescreen=”true”]

It is possible to thrash and twitch your way to fitness with the power of electric shocks while sitting on a sofa? In theory yes, but you’ll pull some silly faces…

[premiervideo src=”extras/media/2011/05/AeCrashingLongLR.m4v”]
We headed to the first round of the 661 Gravity Enduro series in Ae Forest but the weather was a bit damp and the freshly cut sections of track proved difficult to stay upright on. Happily Matt and Jon were on hand to offer helpful and caring advice. Or not.

After a few days in the desert and then into the air conditioned cultural vacuum that is Las Vegas for the Interbike show, Chipps, Jon and Mark variously had puffy legs, an obsession with tandems and new ‘standards’ – see their tired faces and get a little roundup of their favourite things here…

Good selection (although should have used the Smiths soundtracked Pass Storming vid) ;]
I like watching Johhny getting electrocuted a lot.
Do you think the horseshoe pass Llangollen will be that muddy this week end wish us luck
Les1 – it’ll probably be a bit sloppy up on the tops of the moors but the path down from the masts is made of broken rock and pretty resilient. Hopefully all the water that sits in it will be frozen 😉
