not sure he was saying that XTR is good value, rather that it is good for the company to have a brand that most can’t afford and only racers use – like SRAMs black box stuff
nice. good for first time out, more scripting will lead to less umming and erring and you need a mike or 2 for the interviews
by the way, Ed Oxley’s long termer IBIS tranny will easily build up into a 20lb singlespeed without needing to resort to rigid forks. I have one already built up if you want to borrow it. you’ll have to come to belgium to pick it up though!
The interview with Cy was very unexpected. He popped by started chatting…. Jon ran to get the camera set up and we didnt want to spoil the flow by mic’ing everyone up 🙂 it really was as natural and unscripted as it looks 🙂
