New Yeti 575 Anniversary to launch at Eurobike.

New Yeti 575 Anniversary to launch at Eurobike.

We’ve just heard from our Yeti spy that, among the things they’re showing at Eurobike (which will obviously include the new Big Top 29er and a new, beefier 575 with tapered head tube and bolt-through back end…) will be this Anniversary 575.

Neat graphics and colour-matched forks no less
Chunky back end there sir! Note the Shimano adoption of the Syntace 'standard' 142.5 back end for through axle.

Available in very limited numbers, it’ll come in this retro turquoise/yellow colourscheme with stencil graphics to celebrate their 25th Anniversary. This will also come with custom turquoise Fox Floats and Chris King headset and bottom bracket, very sweet (fuselage RRP of £2895)

A glimpse of the new 575 front end with tapered head tube and fancy King headset.

Missed our original Big Top story? 10,000 of you didn’t… Here it is again http://www.singletrackworld.com/2010/04/new-yeti-29er/

There won’t be many of these coming to the UK (though there’ll be plenty of new 575s…) so if you’re after one, track down your nearest dealer here: Evolution Imports.

  1. Amazing how much heavier and older it looks just because of the colour.
I remember some of those bikes in the background too. Very nice.

  2. Wow a bad paint job can make even a Yeti look ugly at first glance. But Look closer at the shape and lines and its still one of the world’s most beautiful bikes.

  3. From what I gather there are only 10 destined for the UK….and that also have ISCG tabs…..

Thankfully one is destined for our wall!!

  4. I wasn’t that struck on the colour the first time i saw it, but it grows on you, so much that i have one on order!, due in 3 – 4 weeks into the UK,
