At first we were a bit miffed we weren't getting a red one, but this raw metal finish looks ace.

  1. Thank goodness that Foes has zero standover clearance – it looks ace. You can’t do a fair 4X bike test without a Tazer VP FRO though ;>)

  2. Things that aren’t necassary: people pointing to thing that we can already see in photographs. The Foes looks mean though.

  3. Is it only me that thinks the Foes looks decidedly MOR?

That mavic base layer looks like a frilly Blouse! Whats going on with the jacket?

  4. the singletrack understanding of the words “acerist” and mine must differ as that foes looks very 2001 and ordinary to me, not inspired at all

  5. i think it looks sh##e
i can appreciate the engineering – but for aesthetics , how much welding ???
    how many tubes ????

and i reckon the finish will look naff after a good northern winnter

  6. The raw finish is easy to maintain though. Once a year go over it with a Red Scotchbrite pad & it’ll look like new again. Cant do that with heavy old paint now can you?

Like something Rose West would wear back in her Lodger-killing days?
