2009 will see the 6 Marin Dusk til Dawn promoted by Thetford MTB Racing from its home in Thetford Forest Norfolk, on October 10/11th.
Last year saw 1000 riders ride this premier night event starting at 8pm being lead out by the quad with all the race coming back through the start with lights blazing and the coloured light display dancing in the trees. The course takes in a classic Thetford flowing singletrack and fire road course for 11 miles. With the race ending at 8am on Sunday Morning.
With light charging from Lumicycle, Timelaps keeping an eye on your race position with the new RFI system, loads of trade stands and food on site and City College Norwich doing sports therapy for a small donation. Fat Tony will be on the PA making you all laugh all night and dressed in some outrageous outfit
Entries are now live at www.thetfordmtbracing.com were you can sign up to race solo, pairs. 3 and 4 person teams. A limit this year on 150 male solo.
As usual the sponsors Lumicycle, Torg fitness, Bike Art, Chelmer Cycles, and Singletrack will be providing great prizes and Marin will have a bike to win, this year is going to be the best yet with lots of new ideas and things going on, you will have to be there to find out.
