I can't believe how quickly this year has gone. The clocks have gone back this morning and I've only just finished mixing the Christmas cake!!
I've now got over 4 hours of waiting, but...

Well, given the fact that I hate icing, I hate marzipan and I hate fruit cake, means it's never going to be a winner for me

Strangely enough my christmas cake is currently in t'oven. No almonds or marzipan (eww) are going to defile my masterpiece, however.
